At Nia Trends, we prioritize your satisfaction. Our return and refund policy lasts 5 days from the date of purchase. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Process
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned after the 5-day return period.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@niatrends.in.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@niatrends.in.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
